You do not need any prior yoga experience to join our classes at Breathe in Rosewood. I am an experienced yoga teacher skilled at adapting poses and offering modifications for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. We encourage you to start where you are, and we'll guide you every step of the way.
What worries or hesitations do new students often have before attending their first yoga class with you?
Many new students worry that they are not flexible or fit enough for yoga. At Breathe in Rosewood, I believe yoga is for every body. My classes focus on mindful movement, breath, and gradual progress. You don't need to be flexible to start; yoga helps you become more flexible and stronger over time. Just come as you are, and let us help you discover your potential.
What practical things do people need to know before coming to a class, like what to bring, what to wear, or how to book?
Before coming to a class at Breathe in Rosewood, please wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated, and it's best not to eat at least an hour before the session to ensure comfort during practice.
